Project: Male
Setting a new benchmark for contemporary high-end living – Martin Friedrich Architects has designed 126 Male Street to match the sophistication of Melbourne’s most sought-after bayside suburb. The façade is complemented by sleek white pergola structures and extensive wrap-around glazing to provide enviable panoramic views.
Featuring finely manicured private gardens, canopy trees and lush plantings, the landscape architecture by Kate Ardlie Design is as functional as it is picturesque. Offering a seamless transition from indoor living zones to outdoor green spaces, and with an in-ground swimming pool, these are homes designed to celebrate Brighton’s personality as a place for relaxing and entertaining. Featuring a dramatic double-height glazed entry foyer, a sculptural circular stair and subtle curves, the design of each home combines spacious open-plan living with a high level of design detail. A considered choice of materials throughout ensures not only visually stunning interiors, but a place of enduring value for years to come.
Lead by Martin Friedrich, this Melbourne-based practice consists of a team of highly skilled and experienced architects and interior designers.
